HYPNOTHERAPY

When you think about hypnosis, what do you visualise? For many, it’s a clock-swinging magician or a comedy act that forces an unwitting volunteer to make embarrassing public admissions on stage.

But hypnosis has a surprisingly robust scientific framework. Clinical research has shown that it can help relieve pain, anxiety and aid in stopping smokingweight loss, and sleep. It can help better regulate feelings and behaviours. Some people can even use “self-hypnosis” to manage stress, cope with life’s challenges, and improve their physical and emotional health. 

And what happens during hypnosis? During hypnosis, a trained hypnotherapist uses guided relaxation techniques to elicit feelings of extreme relaxation, focus, and concentration in the individual with the goal of helping him/her achieve a heightened state of consciousness.

Individual sessions

Following our free consultation, based on your individual needs I would usually recommend between 4-6 sessions (one per week). These can be done virtually or in person.

Packages

If you prefer, I offer a package.

 If you sign up after our free consultation for 4 sessions you receive a 10% discount.

This discount is applicable if you were to need more than 4 sessions.

Group sessions

Once a week I will be offering a group zoom session. There will be two types that alternate, these are:

Stress and anxiety or weight loss.

These courses last 5 weeks and can be joined individually or with friends / family.
